It\u2019s a tool that helps the constant academic, economic, social, spiritual, philosophic and scientific growth and progress of a society and nation as well.<br>Education has an important role to play in human life. Graduate and Post- Graduate level of education are an important link in making the life of a person glorious, joyful and self-reliant. The idea of contributing to society in the field of education led me to establish&nbsp;<strong>Hazi Ismail Degree College&nbsp;<\/strong>and I feel proud and happy that the institution is achieving its goals well. Our primary goal is to develop capacity among students to successfully face the various challenges, apart from the prescribed syllabus, that life poses before them in future.<br>The present time is the time of dreams and cut-throat competition. The need is to fix a goal, dream it and constantly pursue it, putting in all your efforts, in order to be successful person in life. Our aim is to inculcate the qualities and enthusiasm among the students that lead them on the paths of glory. I am sure that the teaching\/non teaching staff of the college will do their best in developing the personality of students in a way leading to fulfillment of their dreams.
