Academic Excellence &#038; Minority Inclusion<\/p>\n<p>    Regularly update the curriculum as per UGC guidelines with a focus on socio-economic issues affecting minorities.<br \/>\n    Introduce special academic support programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.<br \/>\n    Offer scholarships and financial aid to meritorious and needy students from minority communities.<br \/>\n    Organize guest lectures, workshops, and career counseling with experts from diverse fields.<\/p>\n<p>2. Infrastructure Development for Equal Access<\/p>\n<p>    Establish smart classrooms and digital learning facilities to bridge the educational gap.<br \/>\n    Upgrade science and computer labs to provide hands-on learning experiences.<br \/>\n    Develop a well-equipped library with special sections on minority history, culture, and literature.<br \/>\n    Set up a career guidance and placement cell with a focus on opportunities for minority students.<\/p>\n<p>3.
