The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)<\/strong> has been established to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students and staff members. The committee is responsible for addressing grievances related to workplace harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, ensuring fair resolutions while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities of the ICC:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2714 Address and resolve complaints related to workplace misconduct and harassment.
\u2714 Ensure a fair and unbiased inquiry process while maintaining confidentiality.
\u2714 Conduct awareness programs and sensitization workshops on workplace ethics.
\u2714 Provide guidance and support to affected individuals.
\u2714 Recommend appropriate actions in cases of proven misconduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
